MasterClass 2025 Spring Forward Offer Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

The MasterClass 2025 Spring Forward Offer (the “Spring Forward Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. d/b/a MasterClass. To redeem the Spring Forward Offer, you must complete the purchase of a MasterClass annual membership without exiting the offer checkout flow. The Spring Forward Offer is valid for one-time use only. 

The Spring Forward Offer will expire on April 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

THE OFFER

The Spring Forward offer consists of a promotional rate, which can entitle you to purchase a MasterClass annual membership at a discount (40% percent off of the original price) for the initial year only. By accepting the Spring Forward Offer, you agree to the MasterClass Terms of Service and accept that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. 

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

The MasterClass annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Once purchased, if you do not cancel prior to renewal, the MasterClass annual membership will automatically renew 365 days from the date of your original purchase at the then-current, non-promotional price of the purchased tier (this may be higher than your initial purchase). Unless you cancel before the end of each term, your payment method will automatically be charged every year thereafter at the then-current, non-promotional price. To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

Unless otherwise noted during your purchase of this membership plan, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or as set forth in the refund policy applicable to any Service you purchase through a third-party marketplace, should you become dissatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days after purchase, MasterClass will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. Refunds are only available within the 30 days following an initial purchase. Refunds are not available for accounts which have violated the Terms of Service. Violations are determined at MasterClass's sole discretion. If MasterClass determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without delivering a refund. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Spring Forward Offer, you must:

(A) be a new MasterClass member (as determined by the email address associated with the active account);

(B) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and

(C) complete your purchase before April 27, 2025, at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) using the Spring Forward Offer code or link only through MasterClass’ website. The Spring Forward Offer does not apply to registration through third parties. 

AVAILABILITY

MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate the Spring Forward Offer at any time and for any reason. The Spring Forward Offer is only available for a limited time.

The Spring Forward Offer may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. Limit one promotional purchase per person (as determined by the email address associated with the active account). The Spring Forward Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. The Spring Forward Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases or extensions of existing membership.
