MasterClass On Call Holiday Promotion Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

The MasterClass On Call Holiday Promotion (the “Holiday Promotion”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. d/b/a MasterClass. To redeem the Holiday Promotion, you must complete the purchase of an On Call plan without exiting the offer checkout flow.

The Holiday Promotion will expire on December 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

THE OFFER

For a limited time, this Holiday Promotion allows you to purchase an On Call subscription at a reduced rate: 50% off the annual plan for the first year or 33% off the monthly plan for the first three (3) months. By accepting this offer, you agree to the MasterClass Terms of Service and acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

On Call plans are subscription-based and renew either monthly (30-day term) or annually (365-day term).

• Annual Plan: Unless canceled before renewal, your plan will automatically renew 365 days from the date of your original purchase, and each year thereafter, at the then-current, full (non-promotional) price.
• Monthly Plan: After the initial three-month promotional period, your plan will automatically renew each month thereafter at the then-current, full (non-promotional) price, unless canceled before the renewal date.

To cancel, log into your account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or specified in the refund policy of a third-party marketplace used for purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing On Call if you are dissatisfied with the Service. In such cases, MasterClass will issue a full refund and terminate your access. Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated the Terms of Service (violations are determined at MasterClass’s sole discretion). If MasterClass determines that you are abusing the refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict any current or future use of On Call without issuing a refund. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Holiday Promotion, you must:

(A) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method. 

(B) complete your purchase using the Holiday Promotion code or link only through MasterClass’ website (the Holiday Promotion does not apply to registration through third parties); and 

(C) complete your purchase before December 20, 2025 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time).

AVAILABILITY

MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate the Holiday Promotion at any time and for any reason. The Holiday Promotion is available for a limited time.

The Holiday Promotion may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. The Holiday Promotion may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. The Holiday Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases or extensions of existing membership.
