Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This “Giveaway” is offered by Yanka Industries, Inc., d/b/a MasterClass (“Company”), and is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and representatives of Company, Navy SEAL Foundation, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family/household members of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

The first one hundred (100) qualifying participants of Navy SEAL Foundation Certificate course who (i) complete all mandatory lessons; (ii) achieve 100% on required assessments and assignments; (iii) score at least 80% on the Capstone Project; and (iv) comply with all course policies (each a “Qualifying Participant”) will be eligible to receive one (1) limited-edition collectible item (each a “Giveaway Item”). 

To claim a Giveaway Item, Qualifying Participants must complete the Giveaway form provided by Company after course completion and submit accurate shipping information (a “Submission”). Submissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Giveaway will end once one hundred (100) Qualifying Participants have properly claimed their Giveaway Items. Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or late Submissions may be disqualified at Company’s sole discretion, and forfeited Giveaway Items may be awarded to the next eligible participant. Limit one (1) submission and one (1) Giveaway Item per person.

Qualifying Participants will be notified via in-platform message or email. Participants must be able to receive communications from Company; Company is not responsible for undeliverable or filtered messages (including those in spam/junk folders). Giveaway Items will be shipped in weekly batches; please allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery, depending on address location. Giveaway Items may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or virtual/private mailboxes. Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments, and Giveaway Items will not be replaced.

Giveaway Items are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except by Company in its sole discretion for an item of equal or greater value. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

By participating, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, Navy SEAL Foundation, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to this Giveaway, participation therein, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Giveaway Item.

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy.

This Giveaway is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
