MasterClass Mother’s Day 2025 Offer Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

The MasterClass Mother’s Day 2025 Offer (the “Mother's Day Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. d/b/a MasterClass. To redeem the Mother's Day Offer, you must complete the purchase of a MasterClass annual membership without exiting the offer checkout flow. The Mother's Day Offer is valid for one-time use only. 

The Mother's Day Offer will expire on May 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

THE OFFER

The Mother's Day Offer entitles you to purchase any MasterClass annual membership for a discount of 50% off of the original price for the initial year only. By accepting the Mother's Day Offer, you agree to the MasterClass Terms of Service and accept that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. 

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

The MasterClass annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Once purchased, if you do not cancel prior to renewal, the MasterClass annual membership will automatically renew 365 days from the date of your original purchase at the then-current full, non-promotional price. Unless you cancel before the end of each term, your payment method will automatically be charged every year thereafter at the then-current non-promotional price. To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

Unless otherwise noted during your purchase of the Service you choose, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or as set forth in the refund policy applicable to any Service you purchase through a third-party marketplace, should you become dissatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days after purchase, MasterClass will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. Refunds are only available within the 30 days following a purchase. Refunds are not available for accounts which have violated the Terms of Service; violations are determined at MasterClass's sole discretion. If MasterClass determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without delivering a refund. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Mother's Day Offer, you must:

(A) be a new MasterClass member (as determined by the email address associated with the active account);

(B) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and

(C) complete your purchase before May 11, 2025 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) using the Mother's Day Offer code or link only through MasterClass’ website. The Mother's Day Offer does not apply to registration through third parties. 

AVAILABILITY

MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate the Mother's Day Offer at any time and for any reason. The Mother's Day Offer is only available for a limited time.

The Mother's Day Offer may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. Limit one promotional purchase per person (as determined by the email address associated with the active account). The Mother's Day Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. The Mother's Day Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases or extensions of existing membership.
