This MasterClass Mother’s Day Offer (the “Mother’s Day Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. dba MasterClass. To redeem, a purchase of a MasterClass annual membership must be completed without exiting the offer checkout flow and is valid for one-time use only.

The Mother’s Day Offer entitles you to purchase one year of MasterClass annual membership at a discounted rate for yourself and/or as a gift for someone else. The applicable discount off your order will be identified on the offer page. By accepting this Mother’s Day Offer, you agree to the Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. A gifted one-year annual membership will expire 365 days from the date of your purchase, if not redeemed by the recipient.

The annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Once activated, the MasterClass annual membership will automatically renew 365 days from the date of your purchase at the then-current full non-promotional price, if not canceled prior to renewal. Unless you cancel before the end of your current term, your payment method will automatically be charged every subsequent year at the then-current non-promotional price. To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

To be eligible for the Mother's Day Offer, you must:

(A) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and,

(B) complete your purchase and sign up through MasterClass’s website directly and not through a third party.

This Mother’s Day Offer ends on May 9, 2022 around 9:00 AM PT. MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate this Mother’s Day Offer at any time and for any reason. The Mother’s Day Offer is only available for a limited time and may only be applicable to certain membership tiers.

This Mother’s Day Offer may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. Limit one promotional purchase per person.
