This MasterClass Holiday Buy One, Gift One Free Offer (the “Holiday Gift Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. dba MasterClass. To redeem, a purchase of a qualifying MasterClass annual membership plan must be completed without exiting the offer checkout flow and is valid for one-time use only.

This Holiday Gift Offer will expire on December 24, 2023 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

The Holiday Gift Offer entitles you to purchase one MasterClass annual membership for yourself, and give one year of an annual membership to another person for free. The free one-year annual membership gift will expire 365 days from the date of your purchase, if not redeemed. By accepting this Holiday Gift Offer, you agree to the Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. 

The free one-year annual membership will be of the same tier of service as your own annual membership, except when the recipient already has an annual membership, in which case the recipient will receive another year of annual membership at their current tier of service. Once a one-year annual membership purchased or gifted as part of this Holiday Gift Offer (either the membership kept by the buyer or given as a gift) has been activated, it cannot be refunded.

Your gift recipient may be asked to provide a valid payment method in order to redeem the free annual membership.

The MasterClass annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Once activated, the MasterClass annual membership will automatically renew 365 days from the date of your purchase at the then-current full non-promotional price, if not canceled prior to renewal. Unless you cancel before the end of your current term, your payment method will automatically be charged every subsequent year at the then-current non-promotional price. To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

To be eligible for the Holiday Gift Offer, you must:

(A) not have a currently active MasterClass annual membership;

(B) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and,

(C) complete your purchase and sign up through MasterClass’s website directly and not through a third party.

This Holiday Gift Offer ends on December 24, 2023 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time). MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate this Holiday Gift Offer at any time and for any reason. The Holiday Gift Offer is only available for a limited time and may only be applicable to certain membership tiers.
