INTRODUCTION

This MasterClass Labor Day 2024 Offer (the “Labor Day 2024 Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. dba MasterClass. To redeem, a purchase of a MasterClass annual membership must be completed without exiting the offer checkout flow. This MasterClass Labor Day 2024 Offer is valid for one-time use only.


This Labor Day 2024 Offer ends on September 2, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT.



THE OFFER

The Labor Day 2024 Offer consists of a promotional offer, which can entitle you to purchase a MasterClass annual membership at a discount of up to 50% off of the original price for the initial year only. Discount amount will depend on which MasterClass annual membership tier is selected. Applicable discount off will be indicated on the tier selection page and at checkout. By accepting this Labor Day 2024 Offer, you agree to the Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy



AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

The MasterClass annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Once activated, the MasterClass annual membership will automatically renew 365 Days from the date of your purchase at the then-current full non-promotional price, if not canceled prior to renewal. Unless you cancel before the end of your then current term, your payment method will automatically be charged every subsequent year at the then-current full non-promotional price. To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.


Unless otherwise noted during your purchase of the membership you choose, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or as set forth in the refund policy applicable to any membership you purchase through a third-party marketplace, should you become dissatisfied with the membership within the first 30 days after purchase, MasterClass will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. Refunds are only available within the 30 days following a purchase. Refunds are not available for accounts which have violated the Terms of Service; violations are determined at MasterClass's sole discretion. If MasterClass determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the service without delivering a refund. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Labor Day 2024 Offer, you must:

(A) be a new MasterClass member (as determined by the email address associated with the active account);

(B) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and,

(C) complete your purchase before September 2, 2024, at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) using the Labor Day 2024 Offer code or link only through the MasterClass website. The Labor Day 2024 Offer does not apply to registration through third parties. 



AVAILABILITY

MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate this Labor Day 2024 Offer at any time and for any reason. The Labor Day 2024 Offer is only available for a limited time.
