This MasterClass Give One Annual Membership, Get One Free “Father's Day” Offer (the “Father's Day 2021 Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. dba MasterClass.

When you purchase an annual membership at the stated price pursuant to the Father’s Day 2021 Offer, you will be entitled to receive one year of annual membership to another person for free. This bonus membership has no cash value, can not be redeemed for cash, does not confer any property rights to the giftee, and expires exactly 365 days from the date of your purchase if not redeemed. 

By accepting this Father's Day 2021 Offer, you agree to the Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. 

The annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Unless you cancel before the end of your current term, your payment method will automatically be charged every year at the then-current price.

To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

To be eligible for the Father's Day 2021 Offer, you must:

(A) not have participated in a past offer to buy one MasterClass annual membership, get/share one free. If you have previously purchased a MasterClass annual membership via such an offer, then you are not eligible;

(B) not have a currently active MasterClass annual membership;

(C) provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and

(D) sign up through MasterClass’s website directly and not through a third party.

This Father's Day 2021 Offer ends on June 21, 2021 at 11:59 PM PT. MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate this Father's Day 2021 Offer at any time and for any reason. Void where prohibited.
