Certificates New Year’s Eve 50% Off Offer Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

The Certificates New Year’s Eve 50% Off Offer (the “NYE Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. d/b/a MasterClass. To redeem the NYE Offer, you must complete the purchase of a MasterClass Certificate course (including Pre-enrollment) without exiting the offer checkout flow.

The NYE Offer will expire on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

THE OFFER

The NYE Offer entitles you to purchase any MasterClass Certificate course (including Pre-enrollment) for a discount of 50% off of the original price. By accepting the NYE Offer, you agree to the MasterClass Terms of Service. You also accept that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.

ACCESS AND REFUNDS

Your MasterClass Certificate purchase grants you access to the course material for one year (365 days) following your purchase date (or launch date for Pre-enrollment). You must complete all associated requirements within that year in order to receive your Certificate. 

Refunds are generally only available 1) within the 30 days following the date of your purchase or 2) before a Certificate has been granted in connection with the applicable course, whichever is earlier. For Pre-enrollment Classes, refunds are available within the period from initial purchase until either: (1) 30 days after the course launch date or (2) a Certificate has been granted in connection with the applicable Course, whichever is earlier

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the NYE Offer, you must:

(A) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method;

(B) complete your purchase by December 31, 2025, at 11:59pm (Pacific Time); and

(C) sign up through MasterClass’s website directly. The NYE Offer does not apply to registration through third parties.

AVAILABILITY

The NYE offer is only available for a limited time, and MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate the NYE Offer at any time and for any reason. 

The NYE Offer may only be available in certain jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. The NYE Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. The NYE Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases or extensions of existing membership. Other restrictions may apply. 

The NYE Offer cannot be applied to MasterClass at Work.
