INTRODUCTION

This MasterClass Give One Annual Membership, Get One Free “Holiday 2020” Offer (the “Holiday 2020 Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. dba MasterClass. 

THE OFFER

The Holiday 2020 Offer entitles you to purchase one MasterClass annual membership, and give one year of an annual membership to another person for free.

The free one-year annual membership gift will expire 365 days from the date of your purchase, if not redeemed.

By accepting this Holiday 2020 Offer, you agree to the Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. 

No refunds pursuant to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee will be offered once the gift is redeemed. If a purchase under the Holiday 2020 Offer is refunded, the free one-year annual membership gift will automatically be voided.

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

The annual membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Unless you cancel before the end of your current term, your payment method will automatically be charged every year at the then-current price.

To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Holiday 2020 Offer, you must:

(A) not have participated in a past offer to buy one MasterClass annual membership, get/share one free. If you have previously purchased a MasterClass annual membership via such an offer, then you are not eligible;

(B) not have a currently active MasterClass annual membership;

(C) provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and

(D) sign up through MasterClass’s website directly or through the MasterClass Apple iOS app.


AVAILABILITY

This Holiday 2020 Offer ends on December 28, 2020 at 11:59 PM PT.

MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate this Holiday 2020 Offer at any time and for any reason.
