MasterClass Guest Pass Offer Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE GUEST PASS OFFER, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR GUEST PASS PERIOD ENDS. 

Introduction

This MasterClass Guest Pass Offer (the “Guest Pass Offer”) is made available by Yanka Industries, Inc. dba MasterClass. 

The Offer

MasterClass is offering select members the opportunity to share a limited number of Guest Passes to friends and family members who meet the eligibility criteria (see “Eligibility” below).

A Guest Pass entitles you to access to all lessons of all classes available through MasterClass’ Annual Membership for the period designated on your guest pass starting from when you submit your account details and payment method and such information is verified by us (the “Guest Pass Period”), free of charge.

By accepting this offer, you agree to the Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy. 

Automatic Subscription and Cancellation

Unless you cancel before the end of the Guest Pass Period, you will automatically be enrolled in MasterClass’s Annual Membership, an auto-renewing annual subscription, and your payment method will be charged the price that was displayed on your sign-up screen for the first year of your subscription. You will be charged annually thereafter at the then-current price until you cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be charged with any applicable taxes upon initial transaction, and any additional upgrade or renewal thereafter.

To cancel, you must log into your MasterClass account and follow the prompts on the Settings page.

Availability

The Guest Pass Offer is only available to select members in certain jurisdictions, for a limited time only. Guest Passes have no retail or cash value.

MasterClass reserves the right to modify or terminate this Guest Pass Offer at any time and for any reason, including revoking any Guest Passes in its sole discretion.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Guest Pass Offer, you must: 

(A) be new to MasterClass Annual Membership (formerly known as All-Access Pass). If you have previously purchased Annual Membership, or taken a trial or introductory offer, you are ineligible for this offer;

(B) provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and

(C) sign up through MasterClass’ website directly and not through a third party.
